Economic growth is the increase an output per capita. The rate of
economic growth very important for goals national and local governments . This
research examines the factors that affect economic growth . The factors in this
research is the regional income , capital expenditures , level of investment , and
labor . The purpose of this research is to determine how much influence the
regional income , Capital Expenditure , Investment Rate , and labor on Economic
Growth in Central Java .
The variable in this research is the Regional Income , Capital Expenditure
, Investment Rate , and Labor as an independent variable and economic growth as
the dependent variable . Population taken in this research were 35 counties and
10 cities in the sample counties and cities . Methods using quantitative methods
with multiple regression analysis method , and use span of 3 years from 2010 to
2012 .
In the present research found the model passes the test with the classical
assumption Adjusted R - sq• �•�ü�0.890 models. Based on t test results obtained
Revenue, Investment and Employment Levels showed a positive significant impact
on economic growth in Central Java, and capital expenditures no significant
effect on Economic Growth in Central Java.
