This study aims to find the relationship between profitability, sales growth and asset turnover to stock prices through capital structure as intervening variable. The object of this study used 12 food and beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange within the period 2012 to 2015 with a total of 48 samples. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. This research uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are profitability and asset turnover have a positive effect on stock prices. While the growth of sales and capital structure have a negative effect on stock prices. In addition, profitability, sales growth negatively affect the capital structure and asset turnover have a positive effect on capital structure.
