This final project discusses internal control products KSPPS ANDA deposits in Salatiga. This study aims to determine how internal control products KSPPS ANDA deposits in Salatiga and whether it has been effective internal control.
Data for this thesis was obtained from observations and interviews directly with the KSPPS ANDA Salatiga were then analyzed in depth to get the real picture is happening in KSPPS ANDA Salatiga.
The results showed that the lack of effectiveness of internal controls on KSPPS ANDA Salatiga, whether it is viewed from the products of their savings or from human resources KSPPS ANDA itself. The results of the study suggest that KSPPS ANDA Salatiga can implement better internal control and improving human resources competent.
