Abstract
This study aims to find out the Model of Human Resource Performance Improvement Based on Innovation And Professional Competence (Study On Pondok Modern Selamat Kendal).
The population in this study is the population in this study is all teachers in Pondok Modern Selamat Kendal as many as 100 people. The data were analyzed using normality test, classic assumption test, co-ornuendetermination test, F test and hypothesis test.
The test results of professional competency variables statistically have a significant positive effect on innovation, professional competency variables statistically have a significant positive effect on human resource performance, innovation variables statistically have a significant positive effect on hr performance.
