Abstract

This study to aims determine the role of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence to improve the performance of optimal human resources through job satisfaction. The background of this research is the era of global industrialization to make companies demand human resources to excel because of the importance in the implementation and arhievement of goals. This research is done the company PT. Apparel One Indonesia 2. Responden as many as 100 employess, sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Test tool in this research using spps 20. The results obtained indicate that the variabel of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, job satisfaction have a positif and significant effect on the performance of human resources in PT. Apparel One Indonesia 2.
