Abstract

The task of the end of aims to describe the principle of analysis 5C especially of the syariah funding on BMT Al-Hikmah the branch of Gunungpati Semarang. 5C is a analysis the principle of obligatory for BMT Al-Hikmah the branch of Gunungpati Semarang before funding to its members. This analysis efforts are to prevent troubled financing and to know principle of 5C on BMT Al-Hikmah the branch of Gunungpati Semarang
For their final task is obtained from observation and interview directly good with the BMT Al-Hikmah the branch of Gunungpati Semarang as well as with a member of the branch of the financing in BMT Al-Hikmah the branch of Gunungpati Semarang who then analyzed in depth to obtain a rill that occurs in BMT Al-Hikmah the branch in the application of the principle of the Gunungpati Semarang 5C.
The result of the observation and interviews showed that the principle of analysis 5C is a very important thing before parties from BMT Al-Hikmah the branch of Gunungpati Semarang decided the eligibility of the provision of funding to its members. BMT Al-Hikmah the branch of Gunungpati Semarang has implemented the procedure for assessing the appropriateness requirements for granting financing to its members. The feasibility assessment is determined using the 5C principle that is Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Conditional. 5C assessment deals with prevention efforts or minimizes the risk of problem financing. In determining the 5C judgment in BMT Al-Hikmah the branch of Gunungpati Semarang most preferred is the principle of character.
