Financing is a BMT activity for the survival of BMT and if managed properly can encourage economic improvement and social welfare of the community. now many financial institutions, one of which BMT collapse due to less effective financing handling and causing problematic financing. There are several issues discussed in the writing of this Final Project, what is the cause of murabaha financing problem and how handling in BMT ANDA Cabang Ampel Boyolali?.
This research uses qualitative method by conducting descriptive data analysis using secondarydata with data collection through interview, observation, and documentation to know the cause of problem financing and how to handle it.
Based on the results of the research, the cause of murabahah problem financing in BMT ANDA Cabang Ampel Boyolali Branch there are two factors that first from BMT side, less careful in analyzing prospective member, not doing re-analysis to members categorized smoothly, employee knowledge performance less, lack of additional requirement. The second factor of the member, having failed business or bankruptcy in his business, the use of financing is not in accordance with the request, lack of honesty. While handling murabahah financing problem in BMT ANDA Cabang Ampel Boyolali Branch is Substandard, Notification Letter 1 and 2 either through hand phone or written letter, Strike, Visits (Preventif: Reschedule, Restruktur, Rekondisi), Doubtful, Warning Letter 3, Notice, Visits (Preventif: Reschedule, Restructure, Recondition), Loss, Billing,Execution.
