Abstract

This Final Project aims to illustrate the problematic financing analysis, especially
Ba'I Bitsaman Ajil financing in BMT Muhajirin Salatiga. Ba'I Bitsaman Financing
This ajil is one type of financing Ba'I or commonly referred to as financing the sale
and purchase. The BMT party will buy the product that the member wishes to buy as
expected and the members will pay the goods purchased through BMT with a margin
agreed by both parties. The strategy of handling problematic financing on BMT
Muhajirin has been as expected by BMT. Problematic financing occurs due to two
factors: internal and external. Internal party that is BMT Muhajirin Salatiga and
external party is the member of the financing.
The data used to make this Final Project obtained from direct observation and
interview with BMT Muhajirin which then analyzed in depth to get real picture that
happened in BMT. Types of research data in the writing of this final task using
descriptive qualitative research. There are many financing products offered by BMT
is one of the financing Ba'I Bitsaman Ajil. The time when there are weaknesses that
occur are financing stalled or less smoothly. In order not to occur the problem
members must comply with procedures or requirements that have been applied by
BMT so that the process can run smoothly.
