This study aims to analyze the effect of independent commissioners, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, audit committee, board size and CSR on firm value at manufacturing companies listed on BEI
The method of this study uses regression SPSS version 16. The research sample consists of 42 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013-2015. Research data obtained from BEI.
The results showed that independent commissioners and board size significant positive effect on firm value. While the managerial ownership, audit committee and CSR significant effect on firm value, during the ownership institution has negative and insignificant effect on the firm value.
