Abstract

The background of this research is the participation budgeting on the performance of local government officials with leadership style, job rotation, job motivation, job relevant information, job satisfaction and work environment as moderating variable is expected to improve managerial performance. Local governments are required to better provide services to the public by applying the principles of public service in which include: transparency, accountability, participation, equal rights, the balance of rights and obligations. Therefore this research titled budgetary participation on the performance of local government officials with leadership style, job rotation, job motivation, job relevant information, job satisfaction and work environment as moderating variable.
This study aims to examine the effect of budgetary participation on performance of local government officials with leadership style, job rotation, job motivation, job relevant information, job satisfaction, and work environmentmoderating variable in the District Government of Blora.
The population in this study is the Regional Task Force (SKPD), head of SKPD, secretary, staff and head of local government throughout SKPD Blora district, using a questionnaire survey. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, but only 80 respondents who fill out questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using Multiple linear regression who assisted with SPSS software.multiple linear regression analysis consisted of quality test data and test hypotheses.
Results of analysis of this study indicate that budget participation affects the performance of local government officials, with the leadership style, job rotation, job motivation, job relevant information, job satisfaction, and work environment as a moderating variable.
