Abstract

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of budgetary participation, information asymmetry, and self esteem on budgetary slack. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression.

Population and sempel in this research is all State Senior High School in Semarang City. Sempel collection in this study using questionnaire method, which is a number of written questions used in the sense of reports about things that he knows so sempel in this study amounted to 140 respondents from 28 senior high school in the city of Semarang.

The results showed that budget participation had a significant positive effect on budgetary slack, asymmetry of information had a significant positive effect on budgetary slack, and self esteem had a significant positive effect on budgetary slack.
