This research aims to analyze the influence of the original Revenue Equalization Fund the rest of the region more regional financing and economic growth towards capital expenditures. The original Revenue Equalization Fund Derah, More Financing, the rest of the region, and economic growth is the independent variable. The dependent variable in this study are capital expenditures. The population in this research is the whole district/town in Central Java province during the period of 2012-2014 years of research. Sampling techniques in the study using a purposive sampling method. Based on existing criteria there are 33 total sample Kabupaten/Kota. Analysis tool used was multiple linear regression method. The results of this research show that: (a) the income of the original area (PAD) has a positive and significant effect against the Beanja Capital (b) Equalization Fund has a positive influence significantly to capital expenditures (c) remaining More Budget Calculation (SiLPA) have no significant negative influence towards capital expenditure.
