This study aims to determine the relationship between emotional maturity with the discipline of santri in pondok pesantren X on Demak. This study uses quantitative correlational methods. The population in this study is santri with criterion age between 15-22 years, amounting to 133 subjects. The sample used in the study were 67 subjects. The sampling method uses Cluster Random Sampling. The measuring instrument used in this study consists of two scales, namely the scale of discipline and the scale of emotional maturity. The discipline scale has a reliability coefficient = 0.904 with difference index between 0.303 - 0.739. Emotional maturity scale has a reliability coefficient = 0.871 with difference index between 0.322 - 0.695. Data analysis using Product Moment correlation technique with the results of rxy = 0.473 with a significance level of 0.000 (p <0.01) which shows that there is a significant positive relationship between emotional maturity with discipline. Emotional maturity contributes 22.4% to discipline.
