Abstract
Basically an organization not only expect adequate human resources and
skilled, but more importantly, the organization expects employees willing to work
hard and willing to achieve optimal results.At the Department of Labor, Industry,
Cooperatives and Small Medium Micro Enterprises Holy District alone the
quality of education that is owned by an employee has not been matched with
existing capabilities. Where the ability to demonstrate the potential of people to
carry out tasks / work (Gibson, 1989; 215). The problem that often arises is how
to model in improving HR performance-based compensation for the training and
sharing knowledge (knowledge sharing).
The results of the study that the training of human resources in the
Department of Labor, Industry, Cooperatives and Small Medium Micro
Enterprises the higher the HR performance increases. This means that training
with the indicators needs training, teaching design, implementation and
evaluation of training can significantly improve the performance of human
resources in the Department of Labor, Industry, Cooperatives and Small Medium
Micro Enterprises; Training of human resources in the Department of Labor,
Industry, Cooperatives and Small Medium Micro Enterprises higher then
increased knowledge sharing. This means that training with the indicators needs
training, teaching design, implementation and evaluation of training can
significantly improve knowledge sharing human resources at the Department of
Labor, Industry, Cooperatives and Small Medium Micro Enterprises;
Compensation Operating significant effect on knowledge sharing Against. This
means that the compensation to the indicators salary, incentives, benefits and
office facilities are able to influence the provision of knowledge sharing in the
Department of Labor, Industry, Cooperatives and Small Medium Micro
Enterprises; Compensation significant effect on HR Performance. That is,
through the compensation of human resources at the Department of of Labor,
Industry, Cooperatives and Small Medium Micro Enterprises significantly affect
performance; Knowledge sharing is not significant effect on performance,
meaning knowledge sharing with indicators of work teams, competitive,
responsiveness, and motivation are not able to moderate the training and
compensation of performance at the Department of Labor, Industry, Cooperatives
and Small Medium Micro Enterprises.
To improve performance in the Department of Labor, Industry,
Cooperatives and Small Medium Micro Enterprises, should pay serious attention
to the training that will be implemented. The training also affect knowledge
sharing, so as to transfer knowledge to the existing work team at the Department
of Labor, Industry, Cooperatives and Small Medium Micro Enterprises.
