This study aimed to analyze the performance of Bank Muamalat and Bank Syariah Mandiri approach RGEC and Syariah Maqashid Index. The data used in this research is secondary data. RGEC performance ratio used is NPF, FDR, GCG, NOM, ROA, and CAR. Syariah Maqashid Index performance ratio used is education grant, research, training, publicity, fair return, funcional distribution, free interest income, profit ratios, personal income and investment in the real sector. The results using approaches RGEC and Syariah Maqashid Index shows that Bank Muamalat decreased performance during the period 2012-2014, for Bank Syariah Mandiri terms RGEC approach able to maintain its performance during the period 2012-2014 predicated healthy, while in terms of Syariah Maqashid Index experience decreased performance.
