Abstract

This thesis discusses the performance improvement of human resource and knowledge sharing through competence and confidence in public school districts Se-Middle Mawasangka Buton. Used in this study is that affect the competence and performance of human resources. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of research "explanatory research" or study involving 80 respondents from public school districts Se-Middle Mawasangka Buton.

Results of this study describes the competence and performance of human resources proved to be positively related to knowledge sharing, while trust and knowledge sharing human resources performance is directly related to the performance of human resources. Instead of knowledge sharing research results also showed a positive correlation with the performance of human resources. This study at the same time contribute to improving the performance of human resource and knowledge sharing through competence and confidence
