Abstract
This research aims to know the factors that can effect the performance of human resources at PT Mina Lana Santosa as well as knowing the role of employee trust intervening variable. The respondent in this study are permanent employee of PT Mina Lana Santosa of 90 employees. Testing in this study using SPSS 19. The results obtained indicate that the variable quality of the communication, the work environment and employee confidence in positive and significant effect on performance of human resources at PT Mina Lana Santosa, additionally a variable trust employees have role as a mediator in the relationship between the quality of communication on performance of human resources and the relationship of the work environtment of performance of human resources.
