This study aims to determine the influence of capital structure, liquidity and profitability to corporate value. The analysis techniqhue used in this reseach in panel data regression. Population an sample in this research is manufacturing company that registered on BEI in year 2013-2015. The sampling in this research is using secondary method with criteria of manufacturing company that regristered on BEI and published the financial report during the observation on a year in a row. So, the sample in the study amounted to 174 of 58 companies. The result of this study indicate that capital stucture has a significant negative effect on profitability, liquidity has no significant positice effecton profitability, the capital structure has an insignificant negative effect on corporate value, liquidity has a profitability has a significant positive effect on corporate value.
