Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the influence of Islamic leadership, work motivation and work discipline on HR performance. The population of this research is all 103 teachers who teach in Madrasah Tsanawiyah, Demak District. This study used 103 teachers as samples using census sampling techniques (saturated samples). Research ratio data were obtained from questionnaires. Data analysis using SPSS Version 16.0. The results of this study are Islamic leadership significantly positive effect on HR performance, work motivation has a significant effect on HR performance, work discipline has a significant effect on HR performance Keyword : Islamic Leadership, Work Motivation, Work Discipline and HR Performance
