Abstract

Perubahan iklim yang terjadi di daerah Kota Pekalongan sangat dirasakan oleh
masyarakat. Berkurangnya daerah resapan air dan pendangkalan saluran akibat drainase yang
tidak baik adalah salah satu penyebab yang sering dituding sebagai penyebab terjadinya
genangan. Selain hal tersebut banyak kebijakan di Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota mengenai
masalah drainase tidak sesuai dengan RTRW (Rencana Tata Ruang dan Wilayah). Dalam
upaya menunjang keberlangsungan aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat perlu dicari solusi
sehingga genangan tidak akan terulang kembali setiap tahun pada musim hujan.

Dalam kajian ini dilakukan analisa penataan sistem pengendalian banjir dan analisa
hidrologi. Data sekunder sangat diperlukan untuk mengetahui kondisi sistem drainase yang
sudah terbentuk di Kota tersebut, serta tata letak perumahan penduduk, agar nantinya
drainase tidak bertabrakan dengan bangunan rumah yang sudah ada. Setelah system drainase
sesudah dibuat maka tahap selanjutnya yaitu menggambar desain saluran dan daerah yang
perlu direndahkan agar kerja system drainase dapat bekerja dengan maksimal.

Hasil yang di peroleh dari kajian ini adalah bahwa untuk mengatasi banjir di kota
Pekalongan di desain sistem drainase dengan menggunakan U-ditch dengan lebar rata-rata
0,6 m; 0,8 m; dan 1,0 m di Kelurahan Panjang Wetan. Kelurahan Bendan dengan
memperlebar saluran memakai U-ditch dengan lebar rata-rata 0,3 m sampai 0,7 m dengan
saluran utama 1,2 m. Kelurahan Banyuurip dengan memperlebar saluran memakai U-ditch
dengan lebar rata-rata 0,6 m sampai dengan 1,2 m.

REORGANIZE DRAINAGE SYSTEM TO RESOLVE FLOODING IN SUB SYSTEM
OF BREMI RIVER AND PEKALONGAN RIVER

Abstract

Climate change was happen in Pekalongan City area is extremely felt by the
populace. Reduction of water catchment areas and silting of channels because poor drainage
is one of the causes that is often thought to be the cause of inundation. In addition to this
many policies in the District / City Government about drainage problems are not in suitable
with RTRW (Spatial Planning and Territory). In an effort to support the continuity of
community economic activities, it is necessary to find a solution so that floods do not recur
every year in the rainy season.

In this study, a flood control system and hydrological analysis will be carried out.
Secondary data is very necessary to determine the condition of the drainage system that has
been formed in the city, as well as the layout of population housing, so that drainage does
not collide with existing home buildings. After the drainage system has been completed, the
next step is drawing the design of the channel and the area that needs to be lowered so that
the drainage system can work optimally.

The output available from this study am to overcome flooding in Pekalongan City.
Design of the drainage system using U-ditch with an average width of 0,6 m; 0,8 m; and 1,0
m in Panjang Wetan Village. Bendan Village by dilatation a line using U-ditch with an
average width of 0,3 m to 0,7 m with the main line 1,2 m. Banyuurip village by dilatation a
line using U-ditch with an average width of 0,6 m to 1,2 m.
