Abstract

Scientific approach is believed to be a golden bridge and the development
of attitudes, skills, and knowledge about learners Application of a scientific
approach consists of five learning experiences: observing, questioning, exploring,
reasoning, and communicating. The purpose of this research is to know how
Application of Scientific Approach in Junior Secondary Education (SMP) Negeri
3 Demak. With the focus of subjects Islamic Religious Education class VII F. The
research design used is field research with data collection method using direct
observation, structured interview and documentation.
Based on direct observation in the classroom and interviews to teachers of
Islamic Religious Education subjects and students of class VII F supported by
documentation, shows that the application of scientific approach in the subjects of
Islamic Religious Education in Junior Secondary Education (SMP) Negeri 3
Demak has been running smoothly.
