Abstract
The purpose of this study is to know the implementation of land administration services at the office of the national land agency of Rembang regency, to know the implementation of the land administration administration at the office of the national land agency of Rembang Regency, to know the obstacles in the implementation of the land administration and factors affecting the service of land administration at the office of the national land agency of Rembang regency .
In this research using sociological juridical method that is in facing the problems discussed based on the rules that apply then in connection with the facts that occur in society.
The results of this study indicate that the implementation of land administration services at the office of the national land agency Rembang district showed that there are problems at times that are not in accordance with existing regulations. Sengdangkan for the fees charged to take care of the certificate itself is appropriate. Then for the quality of service BPN employees to the public who perform the certificate board less timely not in accordance with dijanjiakan.Dalam this study indicates that the implementation of the orderly administration of land still has problems, especially in terms of management and employee friendliness at the agency of national land agency. Factors that affect on the quality of service generated is the timeliness of service, the cost at the time of the administration of land administration.
