Abstract

The development services of banking institutions from year to year more and more popping up. This is reflected in the quality competition services of banking institutions, therefore, the main thing that should be prioritized by service business banking institution is put Attitudinal Loyalty, so in the end the customer will feel loved brand (Brand Love) and brand equity (brand equity) use the services banking institutions. The purpose of this research are: to test and analyze the effect of Brand Image to Brand Love at Bank Syariah BRI Semarang. Examine and analyze the brand image of the Brand Equity Bank Syariah BRI Semarang. Examine and analyze the brand image of the Attitudinal Loyalty at Bank Syariah BRI Semarang. Examine and analyze the Love of the Attitudinal Brand Loyalty at Bank Syariah BRI Semarang. Examine and analyze the Attitudinal Loyalty Brand Equity to the Bank Syariah BRI Semarang. The population in this study are customers of Bank Syariah BRI Semarang, as for samples obtained by purposive sampling technique is as much as 80 respondents. The type of data used is primary data, using the method of data collection questionnaire. The analysis tool used is path analysis. The test results obtained results: Brand Image positive effect on brand love. Brand Image positive effect on brand equity. Brand Image attitudional positive effect on loyalty. Brand love attitudional positive effect on loyalty. Brand equity attitudional positive effect on loyalty. Kata kunci : Brand Image, Bran Love, Brand Equity, Attitudinal Loyality
