Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influences of Islamic leadership, and knowledge donating on organizational commitmentand motivation compiled a spiritual role model in building organizational commitment. The sample in this research is employees BMT Semarang district amount 80 people and the analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The analysis showed that the Islamic leadership and knowledge donating a significant effect on organizational commitment and spiritual motivation able tostrengthen the role of these variables in improving organizational commitment. Therefore, improvement of leadership, attitude, willing to donate their knowledge and increase spiritual motivation is needed to improve organizational commitment employees BMT. .
