Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis peningkatan kinerja bisnis melalui technology information, customer relationship capability, dan absorptive capability. Populasi yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM pakaian jadi yang ada di wilayah Semarang, Demak dan Kudus.. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 96 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan caraoosivesamplingdengan kriteria sudah beroperasi lebih dari 3 tahun, jumlah tenaga kerjanya tidak lebih dari 99 orang dan menggunakan TI. Berdasarkan analisis data dapatdisimpulkan bahwaTechnology Information berpengaruh positif terhadap Absorptive Capability,Customer Relationship Capability berpengaruh positif terhadap Absorptive Capability, Customer Relationship Capability berpengaruh positif terhadap business performance,Customer Relationship Capability berpengaruh positif terhadap business performance,dan Absorptive Capability berpengaruh positif terhadap business performance Kata Kunci :technology imformation, customer relationship capability, absorptive capability, business performance.
