Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of individual characteristics, job characteristics on job satisfaction and performance of human resources. In addition, the purpose of this study was to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between individual and job characteristics on the performance of human resources. Data analysis using SPSS 16. The results showed that the characteristics of individual positive and significant effect terdap job satisfaction, job characteristics and significant positive effect on job satisfaction, individual characteristics and significant positive effect on the performance of human resources, characteristic of the work does not affect significantly the performance of human resource and job satisfaction influence positive and significant impact on the performance of human resources.
