Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of performance expectancy, professional expectancy, social environment and organizational culture on the behavioral interest of using bank service automation system as well as age and gender as moderating variables. This research is taken because there are differences of research between one research with other research and there are new variables and difference of research place from existing research data. Variables used in this research are behavioral Interest Using System as dependent variable, and Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Environment and Culture Organization as independent variable and Age, Gender as moderating variable. Analytical technique used is Patrial Least Square (PLS). Testing this model is done with the help of software SmartPLS version 3 for windows. Analysis on PLS is done by three stages: outer model analysis, inner model analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results can be seen that the variables Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy , Social environment, Organizational Culture, Expectation of performance that is moderated by age produce a positive value significant, Effort expctancy to behavioral Interests using the system that is moderated by age and Social environment of behavioral Interest using the system that is moderated by age influence positively significant. Variables Performance expectations, Effort expectations and the social environment on behavioral Interest using the system that is moderated by gender produce insignificant positive values. Keywords: Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Environment, Organizational Culture, Age, Gender and Behavioral Interests using the System.
