Abstract

Penelitian ini mendiskusikan konsep baru tentang “gamified training” melalui pemimpin yang berorientasi pada kreativitas dalam meningkatkan team softskills individu, yaitu communication skills, creative intelligence dan collaboration skills. Perancangan pelatihan melalui gamification akan menghasilkan pelatihan yang efektif dan tepat sasaran. Sampel yang digunakan sebesar 106 individu yang bekerja dalam sebuah tim di Indonesia. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi dengan bantuan SPS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif signifikan antara creative oriented leadership dan gamified training. Selanjutnya gamified training juga terbukti meningkatkan team softskills yaitu communication skills, creative intelligence, dan collaboration skills. Kata kunci: Creative Oriented Leadership, Gamified training, Communication skills, Creative intelligence, dan Collaboration skills.
