Abstract
THE ROLE OF PROMOTION AND SERVICE QUALITY AT BANK MUAMALAT BRANCH SEMARANG TO IMPROVE MARKETING PERFORMANCE. This report reviews the improvement of marketing performance of Bank Muamalat Indonesia Semarang Branch through promotion and service quality. The purpose of making this report is to find out the solution to the problems that exist at Bank Muamalat Indonesia Semarang Branch in the field of Marketing. The data contained in this report was obtained based on the results of interviews with the bank and observation. From the data then analyzed and found the results in the form of several problems that need to be resolved. The results of the report show that in the field of BMI marketing there are problems that can hinder marketing performance, in the form of 1) Product marketing that is less widespread 2) The existence of branch offices and ATM machines is still very limited in Indonesia. From these problems, solutions are provided in this report in the form of 1) Promotion 2) Quality of Service. So that the recommended solutions are expected to help Bank Muamalat Indonesia in improving marketing performance. Keywords: Marketing Performance, Promotion, Service Quality
