Abstract
Usulan penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana pengaruh perceived organizational support dan islamic work ethics terhadap employee engagement serta menganlisis pengaruh perceived organizational support, islamic work ethics dan employee engagement terhadap employee performance pada instansi Bank Jateng Cabang Syariah Pekalongan membawahi Bank Jateng Kantor Cabang Pembantu Syariah Tegal dan Brebes. Jumlah populasi yang dianalisis adalah 130 responden dengan kuantitas sampel sebanyak 116 responden. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukan bahwa Perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Islamic work ethics berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee performance. Islamic work ethics berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee performance. Employee engagement berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap employee performance, dan Employee engagement mampu memediasi pengaruh antara perceived organizational support dan islamic work ethics terhadap employee performance.
