Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah faktor leader member exchange, perceived organizational support berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui employee engagement. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV Paritama Karkasindo Kabupaten Pati. Penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV Paritama Karkasindo. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa leader member exchange, perceived organizational support berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sehingga dapat dijelaskan bahwa semakin tinggi leader member exchange, perceived organizational dan employee engagement maka tinggi pula kinerja karyawan pada CV Paritama Karkasindo. Kata kunci : Leader member exchange, perceived organizational support, employee engangement dan kinerja karyawan
