Abstract
Permasalahan banjir di Kabupaten Kudus pada musim hujan debit banjir yang terlalu tinggi dapat mengenangi pemukiman perlu adanya embung embung yang dapat menampung air di musim penghujan dan dapat di manfaatkan di musim kemarau. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan ekonomi teknik pada proyek Embung Desa Jati Kulon dengan membandingkan nilai manfaat dan nilai biaya dengan melakukan perhitungan dengan parameter Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR)(B/C), Net Present Value (NPV)(B-C), Internal Rate of Returns (IRR), dan Analisis Sensitivitas. Pada Penelitian ini, pengumpulan data diambil dari data sekunder, dimana data tersebut didapat dari pihak – pihak terkait. Data yang sudah didapat diolah dengan melakukan perhitungan menggunakan empat parameter yaitu, Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR)(B/C), Net Present Value (NPV)(B-C), Internal Rate of Returns (IRR), dan Analisis Sensitivitas. Berdasarkan dari hasil perhitungan, dengan biaya konstruksi Rp. 565.395.000 dan biaya operasional dan pemeliharaan sebesar Rp. 47.307.900 maka diperoleh hasil dari B/C adalah 1,045 dimana lebih dari satu, kemudian hasil dari B-C adalah Rp. 47.288.221 dimana hasil tersebut adalah positif, dan hasil dari IRR adalah 10,805 % dimana itu lebih dari nilai yang dipakai dalam kajian ini yaitu 10%, dan Analisis Sensitivitas biaya tetap dan manfaat naik 10% yang dianggap paling sensitif terhadap nilai biaya dan manfaat. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa proyek Pembangunan Embung Desa Jati Kulon Kabupaten Kudus ini sangat layak secara ekonomi. ABSTRACT The problem of flooding in Kudus Regency during the rainy season the flood discharge which is too high can catch the settlement, it needs a reservoir which can hold water in the rainy season and can be utilized in the dry season. This study aims to determine the technical feasibility of the project at Jati Kulon Village Embung project by comparing the value of benefits and cost value by calculating the parameters of Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) (B / C), Net Present Value (NPV) (BC), Internal Rate of Returns (IRR), and Sensitivity Analysis. In this study, data collection was taken from secondary data, where the data was obtained from related parties. The data that has been obtained is processed by performing calculations using four parameters, namely Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) (B / C), Net Present Value (NPV) (B-C), Internal Rate of Returns (IRR), and Sensitivity Analysis. Based on the results of the calculation, the construction costs Rp. 565,395,000 and operational and maintenance costs of Rp. 47,307,900, the result of B / C is 1,045 where more than one, then the result of B-C is Rp. 47,288,221 where the result is positive, and the result of the IRR is 10.805% which is more than the value used in this study which is 10%, and the Sensitivity Analysis of fixed costs and benefits increases by 10% which is considered the most sensitive to the value of costs and benefits. So that it can be concluded that the Embung Development Project in Jati Kulon Village, Kudus Regency is very economically feasible.
