Abstract
ABSTRACT Thesis with the title "Investigation of Actors of Crime of Burglary by Weighting with the Mode of Lifting Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) in the Legal Area of the Central Java Regional Police". As for the problems that will be examined in this thesis, namely : 1) How to Investigate the Actors of Theft Crimes by Weighting Using the Prison Mode of Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs) in the Central Java Regional Police? 2) What Factors Are Inhibiting Investigations Regarding Theft of Crimes With Weighting Using the Automated Teller Machines (ATM) Mode in the Central Java Regional Police? 3) How Investigators Effort in Countermeasures Related to Crime of Burglary by Weighting Using the Automatic Cash-out of ATM (ATM) Mode in the Central Java Regional Police? The theoretical framework used in this study concerns the theory of law enforcement and a review of criminal acts based on Islamic law. While the research method in this study uses a normative juridical approach, namely research conducted to understand the problem by remaining or relying on the field or study of law. This is done to obtain clarity and understanding of research problems based on existing realities or case studies. The results of the study using the normative juridical method concluded that: 1) The investigation of the perpetrators of theft by weighting using the Automatic Cash Teller (ATM) mode in the Central Java Law Area refers to Article 7 of the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP). The investigation process can only be carried out if the investigator himself knows or has received the report. 2) Factors that hinder investigations related to theft by weighting using the Automatic Cash Teller (ATM) mode in the Central Java Legal Area: Evidence of proceeds of crime is difficult to find due to hidden perpetrators and suspects making it difficult for investigators to find it. The suspect had escaped. In giving information in a complicated manner. The suspect and his colleagues have used up the proceeds of their crimes. The perpetrators in a young age move around and have networks outside the city. The community does not provide support in the form of providing information about criminal acts of theft through ATMs and the identity of the perpetrators to the police. Facilities and infrastructure for officers in conducting inadequate investigations and investigations. 3) Investigators' efforts related to criminal theft by weighting using automatic teller machine (ATM) mode in Central Java's jurisdiction in overcoming ATM thefts caused by lack of personnel at this time are slowly being resolved by internal efforts such as receiving members new to the Central Java Police Criminal Investigation Unit.
