Abstract
Organizations have people who have a high creativity, it can be expected that the organization will be able to face the challenges that arise from changes in the environment, both internally and externally and will automatically increase the performance of Human Resources. This study aimed to describe and analyze the role of tranformational leadership and organizational learningin Improving the creativity and performance of Human Resources (HR). The population of research is are employees creative industries in district semarang.The total sample studied the research is 100 people.Techniques by using purposive sampling.A the analysis used analytics ( analysis the path ) and testing hypothesis. Based on the results of the concluded: there is significant effect Transformational Leadership on Organizational Learning, there is a significant effect of transformational leadershipon the creativity of human resources, there is influence significant Organizational Learningon the creativity of human resources, there is a significant influence of Transformational Leadership on the performance of human resources. There is influence significant Organizational Learning on performance of human resources, there is a significant influence Creativity on the performance of human resources.
