Bridges are part of a transportation infrastructure that is very important in the flow of traffic. In the development, bridge technology is not only limited to bridges with girder beams but can also use cables, one of which is a suspension bridge. In this study aims to design a suspension bridge in the area Ringinarum, Kendal regency, Central Java to perform manual calculations based on the guidelines for the Planning and Construction of the Pedestrian Suspension Bridge in 2010, then continued using SAP2000 software. From the research, the following results are obtained: span length: 128 m, deck width: 2 m, tower height (H): 10 m, number of middle segments: 32, minimum middle sag: 1.5 m, steel quality (fy ′): 400 Mpa, tower dimensions: W36x194, girth dimensions length wise: W30x108, main cable of dimensions: 80 mm, rod of dimensions: 30 mm. So that the pedestrian suspension bridge can be built and used by the community.
