Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh adanya proses kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan dengan cara moving class. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara guru mengefektifkan kegiatan pembelajaran khususnya pada pembelajaran PAI. Rumusan masalah dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana implementasi manajemen kelas dalam pembelajaran PAI di SMK Hisbabuana Karangroto Genuk Semarang. 2) Bagaimana hasil manajemen kelas dalam pembelajaran PAI di SMK Hisbabuana Karangroto Genuk Semarang. Adapun yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen kelas dalam pembelajaran PAI di SMK Hisbabuana Karangroto Genuk Semarang. 2) Untuk mengetahui hasil manajemen kelas dalam pembelajaran PAI di SMK Hisbabuana Karangroto Genuk Semarang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif.Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Dalam menganalisis data, penulis menggunakan metode analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan tentang implementasi manajemen kelas dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran PAI di SMK Hisbabuana Karangroto Genuk Semarang,diperoleh hasil bahwa implementasi manajemen kelas dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran PAI sudah berjalan dengan efektif tetapi belum maksimal. Karena, dalam kegiatan pembelajaran terdapat beberapa siswa menyimpang dan hasil evaluasi pembelajaran hanya mencapai batas ketuntasan belajar guru PAI di SMK Hisbabuana Karangroto Genuk Semarangtelah menggunakanmetode pembelajaran manajemen kelas. This research is backgrounded by the process of learning activities carried out by moving classes. So this study aims to find out how teachers make effective learning activities especially in PAI learning. The problem formulation in this thesis is: 1) How is the implementation of classroom management in PAI learning in Hisbabuana Karangroto Genuk Semarang Vocational School. 2) What is the result of class management in PAI learning at the Hisbabuana Karangroto Genuk Semarang Vocational School. The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the implementation of classroom management in PAI learning at the Hisbabuana SMK Karangroto Genuk Semarang. 2) To find out the results of classroom management in PAI learning at the Hisbabuana SMK Karangroto Genuk Semarang. The type of research used in this study is field research that is qualitative descriptive. The method used in data collection is observation, interviews, and documentation. In analyzing the data, the author uses a method of analyzing qualitative descriptive data with steps of data reduction, data presentation and verification. From the results of the research that the author did about the implementation of classroom management in improving the effectiveness of PAI learning in Hisbabuana Karangroto Genuk Semarang Vocational School, the results showed that classroom management implementation in improving the effectiveness of PAI learning was effective but not maximal. Because, in learning activities there are a number of deviant students and the results of learning evaluation only reach the limit of mastery learning PAI teachers in Hisbabuana Karangroto Genuk Semarang Vocational School have used classroom management learning methods
