Abstract
This study aims to test and analyze Employee Performance Improvement Through Job Satisfaction With Variable Person Organization Fit And Intrinsic Motivation at PT. Samura Raya Ketapang. As for the population in this study were all employees of PT Samura Raya Ketapang. The sample used is 100 people using the census technique where sampling takes the entire population. From the results of data testing using SPSS obtained person organization fit have a positive and significant effect on performance, These results indicate that the better Person Organizational Fit then the employee performance will increase. This means that the existence of the conformity of value that exist in the workplace with the desire of employees will have a positive impetus in improving work skills. intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Person Organizational Fit has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
