Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the cause of human resource performance in an organization. In this test, the researcher uses job characteristics and human resource engagement factors. Organizational culture factors are also used as variables to strengthen or even weaken. Tests conducted using SPSS 23.0, the results obtained that human resource engagament affects the performance of human resources, as well as Budai in affecting the relationship. In addition, job characteristics have a positive impact on human resource engagement, but it does not have a significant impact on human resource performance. as well as the Budai affecting the relationship of job characteristics to human resource performance have no significant impact.
