Abstract

This study aims to find and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on learning behavior, the Islamic-based spiritual intelligence on learning behavior, learning behavior on academic achievement, the emotional intelligence on academic achievement, the Islamic-based spiritual intelligence on academic achievement. This study used the primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The population of this study is the student of Sultan Agung Islamic University majoring Management in the academic year of 2015 which has 396 students. The research sample is 80 respondents by using Simple Random Sampling technique that is sampling wich is done randomly. The result shows that the emotional intelligence positively and significantly influences the learning behavior, the Islamic-based spiritual intelligence positively and significantly influences the learning behavior, the learning behavior positively and significantly influences the academic achievement, the emotional intelligence positively and significantly influences the academic achievement and Islamic-based spiritual intelligence positively and significantly influences the academic achievement.
