Abstract
This Final Project aims to describe the work program especially in KSPPS ANDA Ambarawa that exist in KSPPS ANDA Ambarawa. Work Program is one of the things must be done KSPPS ANDA Ambarawa as one manifestation of the target and objectives to be achieved by KSPPS ANDA Ambarawa. Work Program also will be closely related to the performance performed by KSPPS ANDA Ambarawa, therefore Work Program preparation should be done effectively and efficiently. Data for this Final Project is obtained from observation and interview directly with KSPPS ANDA Ambarawa who then analyzed in depth to know about Work Program system and performance applied by KSPPS as realization of programs that have been prepared. The results of observation and interviews show that the established Work Program system will have an effect on the performance that is in it, therefore a good Work Program is needed so that the resulting performance will also be done well, effectively and efficiently.
