Abstract
Thesis titled Implementation of Criminal Investigation in the Field of Health in the form of Cosmetics and Pharmaceutical Supplies Without Circulation Permits (Study at Ditreskrimsus Polda Jateng). In tackling the criminal acts of pharmaceutical distribution without distribution permit in Central Java. Based on the description in this Thesis, the issues that will be examined are: 1) What is the legal regulation on health crimes in the form of cosmetics and pharmaceutical supply without distribution permit in Central Java. 2) How is the implementation of the investigation by Ditreskrimsus against the criminal acts in the health sector of cosmetics and pharmaceutical supplies without distribution authorization in Central Java? 3) What is the judge 's judgment in deciding the health crimes in the form of cosmetics and pharmaceutical supplies without distribution authorization in Central Java? 4) What are the obstacles in the investigation by Ditremkrimsus to health crimes in the form of cosmetics and pharmaceutical supplies without distribution authorization in Central Java? The research method used in this research is using descriptive qualitative method with sociological juridical approach, while the method used in data collection is library research method. The results of the study concluded that: 1) Legal regulation on the criminal acts of circulation of pharmaceutical preparations without distribution authorization in Central Java against the suspect dr. YULIUS HADINATA UTAMA BIN BUDI UTOMO proven to have committed crime in the field of Health and or Consumer Protection. 2) Defendant dr. YULIUS HADINATA UTAMA BIN BUDI UTOMO) as the owner of Suntik online shop online shop which is located at Jl. Banteng Raya No. 34 Semarang City which trades and distributes medicines of injection, capsule and serum whitening type without being equipped with circulation license from Badan Pom RI. 3) The judge's judgment in handling criminal law is divided into two namely juridical considerations and sociological considerations. 3) Barriers in investigation by ditremkrimsus to health crimes in the form of cosmetics and pharmaceutical supplies without distribution authorization in Central Java.
