Abstract

Blended learning is a combination of face-to-face and online delivery methods which influences students' perceptions on the learning environments to a great extent. The research objective was to find out the student’s experience of blended learning in English listening class after pandemic covid-19. This research used qualitative study as the research design. Relevant data has been collected were one on one interviews with students of SMA Islam Sultan Agung 01 Semarang who are exposed to a blended learning environment. The participant in this study was 15 students who have been chosen from 32 students. It can be inferred from the results that the blended learning approach is less beneficial for students. The factors influence the students’ experience in the implementation of blended learning; poor internet network, lack of student learning motivation, the use of media technology that is not optimal, teachers who are less professional in learning, lack of socialization of how to apply blended learning in detail and inadequate school infrastructure. There are many things that need to be improved in the implementation of blended learning if we look at the students’ experiences. Keywords: Blended Learning, English Class, Students’ Experience
