Abstract

Background: In students, anxiety affects the educational process. Anxiety in nursing students can occur to approach the OSCE. Spiritual support is one of the factors that contribute to lowering an individual's level of anxiety. This study aimed to determine the relationship between spiritual support and the anxiety level of the Nursing Faculty students in facing the OSCE exam. Method: This research is a type of non-experimental quantitative research with a correlation study. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The number of respondents was 149 people with purposive sampling technique. The data obtained was processed statistically using the Spearman rank test. Result: Based on the results of the study, it was found that out of 149 respondents, the majority had characteristics of the age of 21-22 years (87.2%) with female sex (89.9%). The results also showed that 81.2% of respondents had high spiritual support and 59.1% experienced mild anxiety. Conclusion: There is a relationship between spiritual support and the level of anxiety in students of the Faculty of Nursing in dealing with OSCE (P<0.05) Keyword: Spiritual Support, Anxiety Level, OSCE.
