Abstract
CV Sejati Teknik is a building construction equipment company that has been established since 1992. A well-known provider of small and medium sized technical equipment in Semarang and Central Java. Services and services provided to individuals who wish to rent generators and other equipment. The Nippon sharyo 40 kva generator engine is a generator engine that is often damaged. In 2022 there will be damage every month on the components of the alternator, dynamo starter, waterpump, diesel filter, battery, oil filter and radiator. Based on the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis at the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) stage, the highest Risk Priority Number (RPN) value was obtained for the waterpump equipment with RPN 96, the oil filter with RPN 96, the dynamo starter with RPN 96, the accu / battery with RPN 96. Obtained Proposed improvement of maintenance measures Waterpump inspections are carried out routinely once every 1 – 3 months in January, March, June, September, December, can be checked visually. Oil filter change is carried out every 500 hours the engine starts, or replaced at intervals of once every 3 months in March, June, September, December, must be replaced. Dynamo stater inspection can be done 1 year 2 times in March, and December, by disassembling the components and checking each component, Accu inspection can be visual and uses a multimeter to measure accu voltage, carried out once every 1 month which is carried out in the last week Fuel filter checks are carried out every month, by spraying the fuel filter using a compressor so that dirt comes out, and replacing the fuel filter every once every 3 months in March, June, September, December. Radiator inspection is carried out once every 2 months in February, April, June, August, October, December, with visual means and emphasis on each bend of the hose, carried out in the last week. Inspection of the alternator is carried out 1 year 2 times in June, and December, by means of disassembling and checking the relationship between the components. Key word : CV.
