Abstract

Studi ini fokus pada peran Selling Experience dan Customer Orientation dalam meningkatkan Adaptive Selling Capability dan Selling Performance. Jenis penelitian bersifat explanatory research dengan populasi tenaga pemasar pada perusahaan asuransi syariah yang menduduki peringkat tiga besar kategori Top Brand yiatu, Prudential Life Assurance, AXA Mandiri, dan Allianz Life Assurance. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 130 responden. Peneliti mengumpulkan data responden melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Alat analisis data menggunakan SPSS 25.0. Studi ini telah berhasil membuktikan bahwa Adaptive Selling Capability mampu memediasi antara Selling Experience dan Selling Performance dengan Customer Orientation dan Selling Performance. Studi ini juga mampu membuktikan bahwa Selling Experience berpengaruh positif terhadap Adaptive Selling Capability, Customer Orientation berpengaruh positif terhadap Adaptive Selling Capability, Selling Experience berpengaruh positif terhadap Selling Performance, Customer Orientation berpengaruh positif terhadap Selling Performance, Adaptive Selling Capability berpengaruh positif terhadap Selling Performance.
