Abstract
The pedestrian is a container or space for pedestrian activities activities and serves as a pedestrian circulation space separate from the other vehicle circulation, either motor vehicles or not. The pedestrian should provide comfort for humans or pedestrian itself at the time of passed. But sometimes the need for pedestrian path itself is inadequate from the comfort of the pedestrian pathway achieved at. Sometimes human less feel comfortable in the lane a result we street vendors that interferes with human voyage, spread the lane as parking lots, lack of a shade tree, even human beings are still feel less secure as a result of the lane that is too close to the path of a vehicle. History the construction of pedestrians in solo this held at once in the order shows government concern solo against global warming issues. Therefore, the Municipal Government made a pedestrian area of Surakarta and the green line, which is popular with the name of the pedestrian pathways. Since March 8, 2008 which is soft launching or soft opening pedestrian lanes. The function of the pedestrians still considered in accordance with the designation was initially though from residents of solo as of vandalism, leaving a trace damage the seat, or a bin, which is lost, etc. In looking at the level of comfort in the pedestrians corridor road selamet riyadi done with statistics and using simple approach deductively quantitative rasionalistik. To find out the level of comfort in pedestrian pathways, Slamet Riyadi Street corridors can be identified by analyzing the circulation, climate, noise, smells, shapes, safety and hygiene at the promenade. The final results obtained from this analysis which stated that generally the level of comfort of pedestrian pathways line Gendengan-Ngapeman Slamet Riyadi Street corridor is quite convenient to skip the pedestrian.
