Abstract

CV. Halilintar Perkasa is a company that was founded in 2013, this company produces furniture, namely chairs, tables, cabinets and this company is located in Telgoharjo Raya RT 4 RW 6 Sembung Harjo Genuk Semarang, Central Java. This company has 15 employees where each employee has their own duties, namely 5 people in production, 7 people in assembly and 3 people in finishing, based on the reality of the company as well as the fact that the company has never conducted comprehensive and integrated employee performance measurements before, it is necessary to measure employee performance as a whole. The purpose of this study is to identify Key Performance Indicators that can represent employee performance. The method used in measuring the performance of human resources is the Human Resource Scorecard method which links people, strategy and performance. The Human Resource Scorecard is used to identify problems, for weighting it uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Scoring System uses higher is better, lower is better, must be zero or must be one. The results showed that employee performance indicators were 10 key performance indicators consisting of 2 financial points of view, 3 customer points of view, 3 internal business process points of view, 2 points of view of growth and learning. From these four points of view, there are 2 KPI which include red indicators, namely the employee turnover rate and absenteeism rate. The red category indicates that the 2 KPI are in unfavorable condition. Keywords: Employee performance, Key performance indicators, Human Resource Scorecard, AHP
