Abstract
Pondasi merupakan salah satu bagian dari struktur bangunan yang berfungsi untuk menyalurkan beban dari struktur atas ke tanah, agar tidak terjadi penurunan yang berlebihan dan tidak seragam, serta menahan gaya geser yang dapat merusak bangunan. Pada proyek pembangunan jembatan jalan tol Semarang-Batang UB Relokasi seksi 4-5, digunakan pondasi bored pile, tetapi pada tugas akhir ini penulis merencanakan ulang dengan pondasi tiang pancang, karena akan direncanakan pada kondisi tanah yang berbeda sehingga akan dicari dari segi kapasitas daya dukung dan besarnya penurunan. Dalam melakukan analisis digunakan data skunder yaitu gambar teknik dan data Standart Penetration Test (SPT). Tahap analisis awal yaitu melakukan pemodelan dengan program SAP 2000 v1.4. untuk mengetahui besarnya beban yang akan disalurkan pondasi ke tanah. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan daya dukung aksial dan lateral pondasi dengan metode Mayerhoff, Reese dan Wright, O’niel dan Resse, Kekuatan bahan, dan Broms. Penurunan tiang tunggal dicari dengan menggunakan metode Poulus dan Davis serta menggunakan Program Plaxis. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan daya dukung dengan cara analitis Pondasi tiang pancang diameter 0,6 m kedalaman 40 m Qult = 326 ton, dan besarnya penurunan pondasi tiang pancang tunggal sebesar 14,4 mm. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan Pondasi tiang pancang diameter 0,6 m kedalaman 40 m dengan program Plaxis 355 ton, dan besarnya penurunan pondasi tiang pancang tunggal sebesar 13,6 mm. In the analysis used secondary data, namely technical drawing and Standard Penetration Test (SPT) data. The initial analysis phase is modeling with the SAP 2000 v1.4 program. to find out the amount of load that the foundation will distribute to the ground. Then proceed with the calculation of the axial and lateral carrying capacity of the foundation with the Mayerhoff, Reese and Wright, O'niel and Resse methods, Strength of materials, and Broms. A single pile drop is sought using the Poulus and Davis method and using the Plaxis Program. Based on the results of the calculation of carrying capacity in an analytical method, the foundation of pile diameter is 0.6 m with a depth of 40 m Qult = 326 tons, and the settlement of the reduction of single pile is 14,4 mm. While the results of the calculation of the foundation of the pile diameter 0.6 m depth of 40 m with a Plaxis program of 355 tons, and the settlement of the reduction of the single pile is 13,6 mm.
